AI transparency

Last updated: 20 October 2026 · Versão em português

This page explains where artificial intelligence is and is not used, on this website and in the OpCerto product.

On this website

The website has no chatbot or AI assistant. Form messages are read and answered by a person.

In the OpCerto product

Checks are rule-based

OpCerto reads orders in supported formats (PDF text, Excel, CSV and email) using fixed parsing rules. It compares each value with the customer's own reference data: customers, product codes, contract prices, totals, dates and stock. These checks are deterministic. The same order and the same reference data always give the same result.

Optional local AI for unfamiliar text

When a document's layout is not recognised, a user can choose to let a small language model suggest field values. The model runs on the customer's own computer. Nothing is sent to a cloud AI service. Suggested values are accepted only when they appear word for word in the source document, and they are shown as AI-assisted so the reviewer can check them against the original.

A person decides

OpCerto does not approve, send or post orders by itself. A named person reviews each order and approves one exact version before anything is exported. Any later change cancels that approval.

Customer data

Customer documents are not used to train AI models.
